🎄 Christmas Mini Sessions: Everything You Need to Know! 🎄

Our holiday mini sessions are short, sweet, and full of festive fun! Because these sessions are 30 minutes long, here is a quick guide to help you decide if a mini session is the right fit for your family.

Is a Mini Session Right for You?

Best Suited For: Families and children who do well with fast-paced sessions and can take direction quickly.

Need Extra Time or Accommodations? If your little ones need extra time to warm up, require special accommodations, or tend to be a bit unpredictable, we highly recommend booking a full session instead.

Custom Setups: Love a specific holiday backdrop? We can book a custom full session on a separate date tailored just for you!

(Note: Studio rental fees will be added to the total session cost for custom setups).

⏰ Session Timing & Arrival Policy

We must respect everybody’s time, including the families booked after you!

Arrive Early: Please plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled start time to find parking and complete any last-minute touch-ups.

Prompt Starts: All prep work (hair, makeup, outfit changes) must be done prior to your start time. There is no grace period for extra prep time during your 15-minute slot.

Late Arrival Cancellation: If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

💳 Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date or time.

Rescheduling Rules: To transfer your deposit, you must notify the photographer at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your session date. If eligible, you may reschedule one time only, provided there is availability for that specific setup.

🐾 Studio & Pet Policies

Rented Studios: Animals are strictly forbidden in all rented studio locations.

Private Studio: Pets are only permitted for setups hosted specifically at my studio. Listings will explicitly state if pets are allowed for a particular setup.

📸 Mood & Expectations Disclaimer

Kids will be kids! Please keep in mind that a child’s mood directly impacts the final images. While I do everything possible to capture great smiles, the photographer is not responsible for uncooperative moods during the allotted 15 minutes. Preparing your little ones beforehand with plenty of rest and encouragement works wonders!

🎨 Editing & Photo Style

No Composite Editing: Because these are fast-paced mini sessions, there will be no composite editing (meaning face-swapping or complex digital manipulation

that is typically offered in full studio sessions will not be available).

Authentic & Posed Shots: Your gallery will feature a beautiful mix of structured, specifically posed portraits alongside natural, authentic moments.

📦 Turnaround Time

Delivery: Expect your gallery delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Communication First: In the rare event that editing runs past the 2-week timeframe, you will be promptly notified with an updated timeline.
